Training and Adoption

Simply implementing technology does not guarantee success. When delivering a new service, you should work on the 80/20 rule. 80% of your effort should be focussed on the users, with the remainder being focussed on the technology.

We will work with you to provide a methodical approach to adoption to allow a good return on your investment, and also provide the training needed to truly master your new environment.

Adoption Services

Rolling out new services, particularly within Microsoft 365, does not imply that your users will be able to use it effectively. We quite often see that without adoption being considered, the likelihood of rollout success is reduced, and the business will simply revert to the same working practices that have been used in the past. We will work with you and your users to ensure that they are aware of the services that are available to them, what they are used for and how they can be used to improve working practices.

We will work with you to help build a community within your organisation to foster the adoption of the Microsoft 365 services. We do this in a number of different ways, including creating an area where users can ask questions and find information quickly and easily.

We will provide a number of training sessions, including train the trainer type workshops to enable everyone to use the services in the best way possible. We will also provide a number of key battle cards to enable everyone to still access the key learning points even after the training sessions have been completed.

Champions are an essential part of the learning process for your organisation. They are people who are motivated by helping others, and as such can provide that first level of help, awareness and education. We will work with you to build and support that champions network to enable faster adoption and build a greater support network.

Track Progress

Finally, we will help you to track the success of your rollout, by looking at various statistics at the start, and throughout the rollout project.

Training Services

We live in a world where the pace of change can mean you and your organisation are being left playing catch-up. Innovation takes place at a rapid pace, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. A lack of skills in this area can result in delays to projects, employee dissatisfaction and even reputational damage. The solution is a trained, skilled and technically qualified workforce, and we are here to facilitate this.
